When faced with an obstacle or dilemma, you’ve got lots of thoughts from which to choose.
Category A might have you thinking, “I can’t do this,” “I’m overwhelmed,” or “why me”; category B might have you thinking, “I’ve got control of this,” “this is no big deal,” or “I’ll be fine.”
Choosing thoughts from category A will generate behaviors consistent with it, same with category B.
There’s no crossover, so you’ll reap what you sow.
